Which camera insurance provider shall I go for? - portable camera tripod

I'm an armature photographer and just bought Canon EOS 30D with two lenses and tried to save my computer before something happens. It had nothing to do with the insurers of the camera in the past, so any advice would be appreciated more reliable, cheaper, better known insurers. Thank you in advance.
PS tips on the street, where (online or high) camera accessories like a sack of us (or Kata Lowerpro perhaps buy) and Tripod (stable but portable - Low - 30 to 60cm and expanded - about 150 - 170cm). All tutorials on the use of digital SLR cameras and the basics of digital photography ...? Thank you;)
