Sometimes I have a connection to our neighbors Wi-Fi (Linksys), but they are so far the signal is mostly unusable below through a crack and a continuous signal and connection speed. Is there a way to expand my network, which has an age above the roof antenna with coaxial cable giant?

No, standard TV antenna is not for frequencies of a wireless network to use. It is best, both high gain directional antenna and aim directly at the router gateway to receive.
